4. Payments

Payments for the Jam Plan are processed using Stripe.

When purchasing a subscription, payment and billing information may therefore be provided directly to Stripe and processed according to Stripe's own privacy practices.

NumJam may receive information from Stripe necessary to administer your subscription, such as a customer identifier, subscription identifier, payment or subscription status, billing period, and cancellation status.

NumJam does not need to receive or store your complete card number in order to provide the subscription.

5. Email communications

NumJam may use your email address for communications necessary to operate your account, including email verification, password resets, security-related messages, subscription-related information, and important service communications.

If promotional or marketing emails are introduced in the future, they will be handled separately in accordance with applicable consent and electronic-communications requirements.
